Teppanyaki is a modern Japanese style of cooking on a hotplate. Teppanyaki is a healthy, exciting way to cook food. Part barbeque, part flaming grill, and all theatre, it’s the most fun way to enjoy eating out. Japanese cuisine has always enjoyed a reputation for being as healthy as it is delicious. They’re full of flavour, and the very best quality. Because we prepare your meal in front of you, you see every ingredient. And because the food is cooked at 400ºC, all of the natural flavours and goodness are sealed in.

At Sapporo Teppanyaki we provide so much more than a ‘typical dining experience’, we have a whole team of highly trained hospitality champions to make your time with us as memorable as possible.  From our theatrical teppanyaki chefs to our attentive floor attendants and welcoming reception team, we constantly strive to deliver high service standards and in recognition of this we include a discretionary service charge of 10% on each bill.  However, if you would prefer this to be removed, please feel free to ask your attendant.

Please note, if you are booking one of our sushi demonstration packages, a minimum of one weeks notice is required.

December/Festive Period:

In the month of December only the a la carte and Christmas menu will be available.  £5 Soup Noodles, Monday Steak Night and Early Diner will not be available – this also applies to bank holidays throughout the year.

From 23rd November until 1st January the following set menus will NOT be available in the month of December – Shojin Ryori, Shogun, Ninja and Banzai
